We're excited to announce advanced features that accelerate your development pipeline! New capabilities include bulk reporting for faster analysis, report link sharing for collaboration, and coverage across all 50 states to support your geographic expansion.

🔎 Bulk Screening of APNs

One of our most requested features is here. 🔥

You can now upload a CSV of parcels or counties (example) and immediately see each parcel’s sentiment, zoning district, zoning ordinance, moratoria, and recent projects. Easily filter by sentiment and presence of moratoria to slice and dice all parcels or counties in a state.

Before Bulk Reports, one had to run a single query for every county in a state or manually input an APN for a hundred parcels of interest. Now, screening lists of counties or parcels can be done on one page for row-by-row comparison. You can still click out from each result to its detailed Report.

Reduce screening time by up to 80% by analyzing hundreds of parcels simultaneously.

🔗 Share Reports by URL

You can bookmark and/or share results directly with a URL for your records or share with teammates. Streamline communication between teams with direct links to critical parcel data.

🗺️ Nationwide County Coverage

We are now scraping and ingesting data for every state and county in the nation as long as they have an online presence. For unique cases that don’t, contact us, and we can help you identify more information.
